Verso provides order-management software to independent custom framing shops. This policy describes how customer information handled by Verso, on behalf of the shop you placed your order with, is collected and used.
When you place a framing order with a shop using Verso, the shop records the details needed to complete your order: your name, phone number, and the specifics of the work (artwork description, sizes, materials, pricing). This information is provided by you, in person, at the shop counter.
If you provide your mobile number when placing an order, the shop may send you text messages about your order status — primarily a notification that your order is ready for pickup.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to send you notifications about your own orders. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Order information is used only to manage and fulfill your framing order and to notify you about its status. We do not sell customer information. Order records are stored securely and are accessible only to the shop that serves you.
